Boiler, flame, DSP, TMS320DM643, image data collecting.
A boiler flame image collecting system based on TMS320DM643 is proposed. In the system, the configuration of CCD has been improved and problems of peeping during obtaining a single flame image and of the dust over the lens have been resolved. The technology of image dada collection is based on the DSP chip TMS320DM643, which provides an effective platform for detecting boiler burner’s burning state and is successfully used to guarantee the safety of power plants’ operation.
