Abstract

The signature of a 3D mesh model is a representation of the mesh model that captures some of its essence. A signature does not fully represent the mesh model, and it is impossible to reconstruct the mesh model from it. However, the signature succeeds in expressing some of the model’s properties well. In this paper, we introduce an effective 3D mesh models signature and propose a new embed method to embed the final signature to the 3D mesh models. The new embed algorithm is based on U System which is a class of orthogonal complete piecewise k-degree polynomials in ]1,0[2L .for authenticating the 3D mesh models, a new public authentication of 3D mesh models was proposed.
