The Convergence of the Algorithms for the Optimization of Regulator for an Object with Restriction and Delay

The task of the choice of the most effective cost functional from the earlier systematized by the authors set of them [1] for the PID-regulator tuning is not resolved yet and is very relevant. The paper compares earlier proposed criteria from the point of view of optimization procedure stability on the example of the second-order object with restriction in the input and with delay. Also sensibility of the result to Gaussian noises is discussed. The results of the modeling are considered, the recommendations for the cost functional are well founded.
