Hospital, catering facilities, energy consumption, and energy auditing.
This paper makes a try to refer briefly to the different catering systems in hospital facilities, as also to the main areas of energy consumption in catering facilities. The need of an energy indicator in catering facilities as also the different parameters affecting this are also referred. The need of energy auditing in hospital kitchens to make possible an integrated review about energy utilization in hospital kitchens is also presented.
