Abstract

In this paper we present the results of our investigations of the effects of different color specific characteristics on the measurement accuracy of structured and color coded light systems. The presence of chromatic aberrations or image demo saicking artifacts in color cameras often is neglected due to their relatively small weight against other errors. But nevertheless an impact of them can be perceived and mea sured as well. We focused on the most noticeable interac tions between color specific projections and recordings and present their specific influences as well as approaches for correcting or avoiding them.
