Assistance, software process model, and generic system.
This paper presents a generic assistance model for software process. This model describes different assistance systems adapted to different software process. The proposed assistance system allows corrective, directive and constructive assistance control regarding all the aspects of the process development. This generic model is based on choice criteria like the access mode, the required functions, the objects, the conditions and the actions of assistance.
