The digitization method of cargos identity by two dimensional barcode technology was introduced, hierarchical model for generating transportation plan was initially proposed, which is separated into routing, scheduling and cargo-loading three steps. The integrated platform for logistics planning can be computerized and an optimized plan of transportation and delivery operations can be automatically generated by it, and it can offer significant potential for cost decreases and productivity gains, the method is proved to be feasible and reliable.
