Rough set model; QFD; Attribute weight; Sensitivity analysis
The traditional QFD (Quality Function Deployment) has the deficiency of high subjectivity and low reliability. To deal with the problem, a new method based on Rough Sets Model was presented. It is objective to use the Rough sets theory to ascertain the attribute weight. Taking it into consideration, it is applied in QFD to evaluate the weight. Through the analysis of positive region, degree of dependency and sensitivity, the objective value and composite value of the weight of customer demand and relational matrix was given. The weight and rank of engineering measures was given. Combined with an example, the method was demonstrated. A favorable goal is achieved.
