CDMA, BCH Code, Video Compression
There is a great demand for wireless devices that allow users to freely roam and still access their on-line information. As wireless networking technologies continue to develop, the access to multimedia data such as video will continue to become more viable. This paper describes how to protect the content of video transmission by employing coding theory principles. It deals with the concept of transmitting video stream with redundancy embedded in it for attempting error recovery and improving quality at the receiver side. This paper throws light on the importance of different bits in a video frame to the overall received quality. The primary consideration is video transmission using spread spectrum modulation in CDMA channels.
