This work presents the design and realization of a Personal Service Environment on top of the Parlay/OSA framework for nomadic users moving in Next Generation Network. Cer tain configuration profiles make it possible to implement individual adaptations for different services depending on the environment and the location the users request a spe cific service from. The implementation and a testing show clearly that the wish can get true in the near future using new Service Development Platforms. Parlay fulfils the require ments to deploy such services provided by many parties in a convenient and suitable way.
