Abstract

In certain areas of communication confidentiality is very important. Current mobile networks have security features that aid in preserving the confidentiality of communicating parties. However, there are situations in which the current security level is not adequate and additional measures are required. This paper discusses the state of security in cur rent mobile networks and demonstrates how the security of voice communication in GSM networks can be improved.
