Abstract

Requirements are knowledge concerning a proposed system. They are considered as “knowledge” because the requirements of a proposed system are often related to each other semantically. Requirements provide means of communication for the effective support of subsequent software engineering phases. Therefore it is vital to organise requirements in a concise and adequate manner. An object oriented knowledge representation framework is proposed for requirements engineering.
