In this paper, we present a new pre-processing method in a Human Resource management context in order to pre pare data to a Reasoning task. Our preprocessing relies both on the structure of the document and the information that it contains. Thanks to these treatments, the system can deal with the evolution of both structure and semantics. We use a XML schema in order to validate the structure and a knowledge database to manage semantics. Our method has two steps : first, we analyse the data structure and repair it if it does not match with our schema. Second, we check coherence thanks to the knowledge database and adapt the data if needed.
