Abstract

In the context of current promotion of Distributed Genera tion (DG), micro Combined Heat and Power (CHP) sys tems for single or small ensembles of (residential) build ings are seen advantageous to combine both decentralized generation and rather high overall efficiency. The latter presupposes intelligent management strategies which have to mediate between energy cost minimization and user comfort aspects. A flexible and auto-adaptive ap proach of such kind of energy and load management is being developed and first results are shown with several operational examples gained from simulation based veri fication.
