The knowledge of experts in a company is one of its most important competitiveness factors. Transforming this knowledge into some electronically processable data has therefore become one of the main goals of the informa tion technology industry during the last years. Yet mod eling expert knowledge using such structures as ontologies is very costly, especially when it comes to discovering the concepts to model. We propose a new semantic clustering algorithm for concept extraction that is based on language independent features.
