The need for improving software processes approximated the software engineering and artificial intelligence areas. A growing number of researches have used artificial intelligence techniques as a support to software development processes, particularly by means of intelligent assistants that offer a knowledge-based support to software process’ activities. This paper presents a linguistic technique based on logical semantics implemented by a semantic analyser, i.e., an intelligent assistant functionality, whose purpose is enabling the extraction of object-oriented elements from requirements in natural language.
