Induction motor, Emergency operation of electrical drives, Stray losses, Parasitic torques
The work deals with emergency feeding of induction motor by injected currents after a failure of one converter leg and subsequent reconfiguration of the converter. In terms of theoretical analysis optimum phase shift of stator currents is determined from the viewpoint of minimization of stray losses and parasitic torques in the emergency feeding. Experimental verification of the theoretical results is also in focus.
