Public Emergency, ECS, Web Services, FPN, FWFN
Some big public emergencies have occurred in the world resent years. Thus it becomes more and more important to develop an Emergency Command System (ECS). Fuzzy Workflow Nets (FWFN), improved Petri nets, is a formal tool, which can be used to the workflow description in emergency cooperation. This paper introduces the application of FWFN in ECS and gives a model for the workflow.
