Stefan problem, solidification, Adomian decomposition method.
In this paper, we will take advantage of the Adomian de composition method to find an approximate solution of a two-phase Stefan problem. The problem under consid eration is first approximated with a system of ordinary dif ferential equations and next, the so built system is solved by the Adomian decomposition method. The validity of the approach is verified by comparing the obtained results with an analytical solution.
