Surgical interventions at human eyes are very difficult to plan and the final state highly depends on the surgical and human parameters. So, there is a great effort to estimate the human eye behaviour before the interventions. This is done by modelling and simulating the biomechanical effects before surgical acts. Because of many complex parameter configurations the knowledge concerning the human eye components and surgical information and the different modelling aspects must be structured in a knowledge based manner. This proposal shows a possibility to formalize the component information and the computational biomechanics in an object oriented structure.
