Abstract

To allow interface developers to only concentrate on defining a robust subset of the natural language necessary to implement their interfaces, the classical Semantic Grammar is modified to facilitate the generation of natural language interfaces. With the aid of the Modified Semantic Grammar, natural language interface systems will be capable of constructing the required interface components for various computer software systems. The interface developer merely enters the grammar for the target software written in our Modified Semantic Grammar (MSG), and the interface generator system should provide the required interface system components.
