In this work one presents a methodology to design and build knowledge management systems. This methodology, called MEGICO, has the properties of flexibility and adaptation to the distinct problems and frameworks where it works. In this way, MEGICO can be view as a methodology generator that, in function of the problem, domain, framework and other circumstances that affect to any knowledge management, generate an effective ad hoc methodology for any specific case.
