In recent times, computer and network lying on the business of the social structure and the main communication method of each individual, everyone using computer network required a means of secure data communication. Advanced Information Communication Processing System, called AICPS, provides value-added services about graphic or multimedia data through public network. Generally, information via public network does not guarantee secure enough, so, in order to deliver secure information to subscriber, between AICPS and Information Provider(IP) Security Technology must be needed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose that the method of ensuring the secure communication channel about each service on AICPS.
