Agglomeration of particles in a fluid environment is an integral part of many industrial processes and has been the subject of scientific investigation. Efforts have been made to use the agglomeration equation to model agglomeration in coal combustors and gasifiers and to model bubble coalescence in the wakes of ships. Previous papers discussed the solution of the discrete model with constant, linear, and quadratic kernels. This paper completes the extension of the method to polynomial kernels.
