Up to this point, the integration of E-Learning systems and systems supporting Knowledge Management has widely been acknowledged yet rarely investigated. There are still interactions of E-Learning with Knowledge Management that need to be examined thoroughly. The present paper is concerned with aspects of interactions of E-Learning systems with Knowledge Management systems. We present these interactions and hypotheses about their expected impacts. Examples of possible user interactions with systems that integrate E Learning and Knowledge Management are provided. Finally, we show what features still have to be examined, realized or implemented for further integrating E Learning and Knowledge Management.
