The main purpose of this article is to present a concept of a system for efficient exchange of the information located in scientific and research centers. The article presents analysis of description of the system and problems occurred during designing and implementing it. Different technologies were taken under consideration and finally mobile agent technology integrated with CORBA standard was chosen to establish the system.
