Abstract

Here we report on a Web-based virtual engineering laboratory whose experiments can provide a contextual learning environment for distance-education engineering students. The experiments require design, exploration, measurement, and interpretation, and include problems in statics, heat transfer, statistics, digital logic, robotics, and acoustics.
