Web based laboratory, remote control via Internet, distancelearning, Internet based Educational and Training Systems
With the project “FIPS” this contribution introduces a con cept of a Web based laboratory with several experiments offering controlling, observing and analyzing features via Internet. All single steps of the laboratory process – start ing with the design of control algorithms up to the web based validation – will be presented on the basis of the ex isting laboratory experiment “travelling trolley”. Derived from that, the required system architecture of the project “FIPS” will be shown and different kinds of realization will be compared regarding the execution of the designed con trol algorithm.
