In order to implement successfully novice learning and teaching environments, students’ approval is crucial. This paper presents ongoing qualitative and quantitative research about the attitudes of students towards and the acceptance of e-learning at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium) and the variables determining their views on the (future) use of technological innovations.
