In this paper, a simple and yet robust Hough transform algorithm is proposed to detect and analyze rotational symmetry under parallel projection. The algorithm is useful to extract global and local features of a parallel projected rotational symmetries in the presence of noise or being partially occluded.Maximum 200 words here.
