An expert search engine is a specialized search engine which gathers information on specialized fields. An expert search engine uses the concept knowledge prepared beforehand from the Internet web environment and selectively collects web documents corresponding to the field required. Afterwards the hyperlink information from the collected web documents are extracted and used to extract the concept relations among the expert knowledge in the specialized field. Finally the extracted concept relations are used to construct the concept graph. When a user makes a query of the technical term, the search results are produced to show the concept relation of the query. This paper is a result of the design and implementation of an expert search engine.
