The visualization of the values of search functions over all the three-dimensional space is presented. One of such functions is used in Electron Microscopy of single parti cles to find the orientational parameters of a projection. This projection is compared to a set of reference projec tions [1] to take the parameters of the best matched refer ence projection. As a practical example, a created model of the bacteriorhodopsin, at a medium resolution of 6 ˚A, has been used to visualize the correlation coefficients ob tained with such method.
