Hydraulic systems have taken an important place in modern production technology as drive and control systems because of their ability to drive and control high loads in combination with high speeds. In this paper, the dynamic behaviour of hydraulic systems for robots is studied and a method is proposed that analyses and models their dynamic behaviour by presenting a reliable and useful mathematical model.
