To guarantee healthcare quality of services, fast correct diagnostic processes and medical actions suitable to the therapies are required. This paper describes an integrated environment aimed to support the physician into the diagnosis, to define dynamically the therapeutic actions and to evaluate the cost/benefit ratio. The diagnostic process is performed with the support of a knowledge base that is dynamically enriched with new cases, depending on the interaction of problems in a patient. A first prototype of the system is currently under test for its real use within medical services.
