Abstract

Migrating computing processes are indifferent towards the available hardware platforms. Because of this decoupling and multi-hosting on all the available computing devices an internal survivability mechanism can be realized for critical information systems, where high standards for reliability and availability are issued. These critical systems must then also be well protected against circumvention, without losing the advantages of volatility. As traditional trust principles are static and cannot respect this, a dynamic agent based self organizing trust principle is introduced.
