Electromagnetic Transient Analysis – Root-Matching Method
This paper deals with a new frequency-dependent approach based on root-matching method for digital transient simulation of sinusoidal networks. The new method could also be extended to consider the simulation of networks with non-periodic sources. A comparison between the proposed scheme and other methods is made in both time and frequency domains in order to show the validity of the concept.
