Robust control, variable structure system, sliding mode
The application of variable structure system with control signal saturation in a task of material point position control is considered in this paper. The features of system behaviour at different values of the control law coefficients are analyzed. The condition of a sliding mode existence in the given area of a phase plane is formulated. The control systems parameters ensuring the greatest possible fast-action and high dynamic precision are determined. The received conclusions are confirmed by results of control system numerical simulation.
