Abstract

The new method of 3-D tomogram reconstruction from 2-D cone-beam projections that are detected in one plane is presented. Only for planar scanning scheme it is possible to reduce the problem of tomogram reconstruction from cone-beam projections to the problem of tomogram reconstruction from parallel-beam projections using the simple 3D object coordinate transformation.
