: Methods and softwares for ecological mapping used either to solve the problems on operative management of urban development on the municipal level or to work out the measures for environmental protection and recovering, to control and access them inside the management system of urban building complexes are discussed. An information model and ecological factor option from the database of the GIS "Updated general plan of Academgorodok" are proposed. The possibilities of interpreter map utilization for local and group object measurements in the database, their grid location, integral characteristics of areas, distances and spatially logical connections are presented.
