In this paper, a new approach for the improvement of information management inside P2P communities is introduced. By identifying sub-communities (clusters) the P2P communities are structures in such a way that a circulating mes sage (wanderer) can visit every node of the cluster within a given time frame. Thus, a certain quality of service can be provided. Three algorithms for identifying such clusters are discussed and first simulation results are shown.
