The paper presents an elementary mathematical data mo del (EMDM) based on the naive algebraic theory of sets, relations, and functions, as well as on the first order predi cate calculus. Its modeling power is focused here on the relational data model (RDM) domain-key normal form (DKNF). Also presented is the output of the EMDM to RDM translation algorithm applied to the EMDM scheme of DKNF, which constitutes the kernel of any relational database management system (RDBMS) data dictionary.
