This paper deals with a new scheme of educing human po tential skill from the viewpoint of transfer characteristics of human in manual control systems, in which a new compen sator called “performance educer” works as an input filter of human. The fundamental idea of this paper is based on the previous works of the authors to represent skill level of human as a few aspects of transfer function. A preliminary experiment and its results are also shown in this paper by which the validity of performance educer is seen.
