LQ regulator, singular weightings, explicit solution, in teractor matrix, exact model matching.
In this paper, an explicit solution to the discrete-time singular LQ problem will be discussed. It will be shown that the solution will be given by an inverted interactorizing gain for the minimum phase image of a given system. It will be also shown a derivation of opti mal interactor matrix and observer polynomial matrix for Exact Model Matching (EMM) systems.
