Abstract

Synthesis of parametric images in dynamic MRI imaging can be extremely important in medical diagnostics since it leads to visualize physiological processes and their parameters. This work focuses on perfusion imaging using Dynamic Susceptibility Contrast (DSC) MRI method. The automatic methods for Bolus Arrival Time (BAT) and Arterial Input Function (AIF) detection are proposed. Results achieved for simulated and clinical data encourage the future clinical use of the proposed solutions. Presented methods are implemented in automatic maps synthesis software which is prepared for clinical trials.
