Inventing Course Development Approach for University HRD Enterprise with Blended Education

Abstract

This empirical research describes our invented systematical course development approach that is conceived by Human Resource Development (HRD) enterprises at Continuing Education Center (CEC), Chulalongkorn University, Thai land. To view characteristics of our approach, we performed comparative analysis by three composing processes. It shows beneficial content development structures for an autonomous institution to conduct a course. Especially, it has strong flexibility for consulting needs and issues of a customer into target of a developing course, blended educa tion method was used to make best suited.
