Abstract

Current mode signal processing is very useful for several applications, e.g. sensor output signals processing. A set of several basic modules usable for circuit design of modern devices for current mode processing as some modifications of CDTA and new device CCTA was designed in CMOS technology and is presented in this paper. Even different internal topologies are introduced for the same type of blocks with respect to their crucial parameters including their brief comparison. The device CCTA is brought in as the new convenient element for current mode signal processing.
