Organizations working in the social sector are becoming an important part of the development sector. These organizations bring people and communities together for economic development and social gain. With the devolution of the government to the grassroots, their role has become even more significant in Pakistan. As a result rapid capacity building is needed on the part of these social enterprises. This paper discusses the development of a web portal that provides information resource base to establish learning and development environment for capacity building.
