Neural Network based AC Voltage Sensor Less Selective and Controlled Active Harmonic Filtering in Single Phase System

: It is required that THD and magnitude of individual harmonic in line current should be maintained as per harmonic standard in use. In order to achieve this, selective and controlled injection of harmonics through active filter is proposed. Further, dc link voltage should be regulated and kept nearly constant to achieve desired harmonic filtering. The reference signal corresponding to both of these functions is generated based on neural network and using only line current. Simulation results under various operating conditions have been presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
