Distributed Generation, Renewable Energy Sources, Commensurate Energy Sources, and Sufficiency of Energy.
As the interest on distributed energy generation has increased, more and more information of energy sources for distributed power generation is being gathered. In Finland specific techniques and technology areas of the distributed power generation have been studied for some time, but a more comprehensive review on energy resources and on distribute power generation technology has been missing. The aim of this paper is to survey both the energy resources and the technology of distributed power generation in Finland point of view. The scope on technology is global, but constrained with the capabilities to develop technology for distributed power generation in Finland.
