The description of two simple laser Doppler sensors is presented and their metrological investigations results are given. They are based on idea of the optical feedback, tracking filtering and maximum likelihood algorithm of the instantaneous Doppler frequency estimation. To sense the moving direction of the object under investigation one of the sensors has the frequency shift of the scattered light. Velocity estimate r. m. s. error is 0.006 % and length estimate error is 0.1 %.
